My love for beauty started long before my career. I started doing makeup on my friends when I was about 8 years old. I'd sit them down and use whatever I could get my hands on from my mom's makeup drawer. I would have them look in the mirror, and the way their faces lit up, it made me feel something I couldn't shake. I knew this was something I had to do forever. That same feeling carried me into a career that took me all the way to LA, working on major campaigns and editorials. I have always chased that same spark I first found as a kid. I've spent 15 years learning, growing and carving out my own path and now, the most meaningful part is sharing my experience. Of all the career milestones I've hit, the moments that really stand out the most are the times that I've been able to mentor other artists. I want the artists of Veil Agency to send the elevator back down and continue to elevate the next generation of creatives to come.

Ashley is a hair artist who approaches styling as a sacred, creative practice, where energy leads and the work naturally follows. Since 2018, she has cultivated experience across bridal, editorial, and event styling throughout California.
Deeply experienced in working with brides, Ashley creates with intention, honoring that the energetic imprint of her work matters just as much as the final result. Guided by a “less is more” philosophy, her styling feels effortless, aligned, and true to each individual’s essence.

Birdie is a hair & makeup artist with over 12 years of experience. Drawn to an effortless, refined aesthetic, she specializes in soft natural glam and polished hairstyling centered around enhancing each client’s natural features in a way that feels romantic, and uniquely tailored to them.
What began as a passion for styling hair and makeup on family and friends evolved into a career built on artistry, attention to detail, and creating a personalized client experience. With her calming energy, technical skills, and product knowledge, Birdie ensures every client feels confident and radiant from start to finish.

Born and raised in upstate New York, McKenzie is a proud 90's baby who was always drawn to the transformative art of hair and makeup. What began as experimenting with bold color and styled friends quickly revealed a natural talent and a deeper calling. Licensed as a cosmetologist in 2012, she expanded her expertise as an esthetician and brow specialist before discovering hairstyling as her niche. She refined her craft in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in textured hair and formal styling designed to photograph beautifully.
Now based on the Central Coast of California, she focuses on luxury bridal hair and makeup, creating timeless and personalized looks that enhance each bride and elevate her confidence on camera.
